Global Admins
- can access any boards, even if whitelist/blacklist restricted - can access forum CP on any board, even if not a member - can clear user avatars/signatures - can reset user passwords currently, only I can appoint or remove forum admins I may change that later _________________________________________ ScouSin: Damn you Gaku! If you know the address, yes.
As the ToS states, individuals are responsible for their own forums, and its not the staff's job to police private forums. But how can us normal forum admins deal with a person's avatar, is why I bring it up.... I can't like remove a guy's avatar for my forum only... We shouldn't allow people to get away with racism or other stuff you know

Cea does bring up a fairly valid point with that, we lack a way to remove racism or TOS violations from avatars and signatures at this time.

As you can see, libelous posts are considered against the ToS.
"Racism" however is practically impossible to moderate on a forum like this. Take Dean's avatar for example... It's not hate speech or libelous, so it's definitely not illegal. It also doesn't explicitly put down any race or imply superiority, so its not technically racist. It does make fun of a forum member, implying that because he is black, he likes fried chicken and/or watermelons. But calling attention to someone's race is not the same as saying your race is better than theirs. Sure, it's tasteless, but I don't think it qualifies as racist. If you really want someone's avatar and/or signature to not show up on your forum, kick them from the forum to "unregister" them. edit to Kumog: Global Admin > Custom Reset _________________________________________ ScouSin: Damn you Gaku! If it makes fun of a specific member, then it should be them that speaks up if they're offended by it. It does stereotype black people, and is a bit on the tasteless side, but whenever its offensive or not and should be subject to punishment should be up to the one it makes fun of.

If offensive things were prohibited by the ToS, the Flamers' Lounge, and flaming in general, would be moderated on a site-wide basis.
If people want to speak up to change the ToS, then by all means do so.
