buildings can no longer be destroyed by impuned players in a domain maybe not take damage at all from impuned

Make it so a small portion of allowance is automatically funneled into sciences either when a monster is killed or when you use it(probably killed). Make it a set percentage/amount since we don't actually know how much allowance we get and all that.

Having a set percentage for all domains makes it so populated domains get a natural edge over less populated ones(quicker maxed out sciences, better sustained bonuses). Having it do it on kill also gives better benefits to training in more difficult areas(more allowance for a frost dragon kill, more allowance going into your sciences).

Make sciences max out at like 25% for EVERYONE including the domain leaders.

Or

Make new science bonuses(instead of statistical bonuses). They could be like... increased thirst/hunger/health/mana regen.. faster prof rates.. higher movespeed cap(accels are now useful again). Stuff like that. These would also cap out, and probably at different amounts depending on the bonus.

I don't like that idea at all, namely because everyone flocks to the populated, near the dock domains(tristram and gsh) and people who want to live in diadel, igh, ic, leamaia, shyron etc have to deal with doing 10x the amount of work to get bonuses equal to those in gsh or trist

That's and domains only allow 50 players each, and that would work, HOWEVER we don't have that many players, by the end of the first month everyone could fit all their mains in gsh and all receive that 25% bonus

It seems to me like a flawed mechanic

I think you're overlooking the importance of easy access to training areas, especially because of the fact that you can no longer relog with a ton of unengraved items.

Easiest domains to get to/from most areas of the game ARE the dock domains, also closest to the argo skirmishes everyone seems to love

It doesn't matter what people say, the dock domains are ALWAYS the most populated domains, and with this small community people just want to lord their own domains, very rarely do non-dock domains exceed more than 5 non-alt players residing in them

there was like a two week period of this hosting where everyone lived primarily in igh and diadel with a handful of people in ic and shy. pain in my ass because i was training arc then

The most populated Irendi domains was actually every domain except for Tristram.

The most populated Vorg domains, as I understand it, was every domain except for GsH for a good portion of the hosting.

I don't see your point.

The other domains all are right next to excellent training areas and allow for easy transport of drops and access to repairs/shops.
