Banned a week for not listening.

Mai domain says: Ok never person that wants to be stupid about the name rules can enjoy their week ban.

also aren't you required pictures for evidence?

that just says red wizard it could be anyone

same with the black mage could be anyone etc

also i never saw the message about "next person will be banned etc" because i was fighting in a party trying not to die then trying to tell the lifer where i died and wasn't even really reading dsay.

and people have done worse **** in dsay and not gotten banned over it in the past on the sole fact that it's dsay and the reasoning was "dsay is supposed to be moderated by the domain lord so admins have no say over what goes on there"

uh the point about it being dsay which is supposed to be modded by the lord etc you can ignore it if you don't like it and people have not gotten in trouble for doing **** just because it was dsay in the past.

like oond or someone said if you don't like it ignore dsay or leave the domain or something.

i don't really see the situation you're in is much different than "spawn killing" someone. if you keep getting killed in the town you live in what's the solution? you leave the domain and spawn in argo.

us talking **** about naming rules isn't really much different than "spawn killing" someone in that your participation in being the brunt end of it is completely optional and you can remove yourself from the situation in a multitude of different ways.

The way I see it and the way it's been described and stated before.

You're a normal player in DSay. Sure, you still have admin powers. But to ban people for not listening to you, in a domain say that isn't even yours, is a ridiculous thing to do. Surely you can see how pointless this is. They weren't disrupting the game at all, they weren't trying to dismantle the establishment or anything. This is just way out of hand.

I, for one, would like to see the punishment stay. People need to learn to stop 'toeing the line' so damn much. If he tells you to stop, freaking listen, he's an admin.

Yeah I don't agree with him on a regular basis, but he's the law around here, as appointed by Gaku. Maybe if you stopped painting Locke as a target for your '**** the man' attitudes you'd stop getting in trouble.

Also, even though I'm not banned, but I'm sure there are plenty of people not happy with this ban, since when has it been banable for people to debate about the rules on dsay? You know, dsay, where we can talk about how I'm the biggest slut that has ever walked ffo or get explicit e-sex jokes from peeps. Then all of a sudden, wow we can't debate cuz I said so?? Pretty sure since King Lord Cea is the domain owner, he is the moderator.. you know one of the guys you banned.
