I can vouch that Nabutso did work out engrave costs and prof EXP using in-game methods. I should know, because I was involved and assisted to a small extent.

As for the weapon stats? Those were all done using host files and a save file extractor. I won't name names unless I'm pressed to.

create and test your OWN formulas. if you have no armor on you're seeing the raw damage of that weapon, you know.

Well I think it goes without saying that they follow a specific mathematical formula so that Gaku doesn't have to program 70 TNL tables JUST for the weapon profs for all classes.

With some careful trial and error, as well as keeping armors natural prof down by running to somewhere with good EXP naked, and keeping back to gain EXP without any natural proffing, it's perfectly feasible for Nab to come up with a solid pattern and make an accurate formula from it. Since you know exactly how much EXP is going into your staff prof when you're using a spear, you have two solid numbers to work with, the EXP in it, and the Prof level.

Just curious, how much EXP does a BW need to max DW?

But all this is off topic, there is no for sure way to prove a person is using a private server without Gaku seeing it. Since Gaku DID see who was on the previous private server, they should be dealt with. Then we should deal with all private servers in the future the same way.
