Really now. Rule 14 hardly needs stating at all, I always considered it an unwritten rule in the first place. I doubt any of you find it that surprising anyway: complaining when an admin did something when it wasn't in the rules will now turn into complaining when an admin did something using rule 14 as the excuse. The same process (of deciding whether or not it's an exceptional situation where rule 14 is required) will occur anyway. Admins have, and always will, have ultimate power over the rest, and the only thing that keeps them from abuse is the still-greater power above them, their own moral compass aside.

In short, nothing's changed. Besides, if there's any flagrant misuse of rule 14, it should be obvious enough (just as flagrant admin abuse should have been obvious before).

Just because you have the power to do anything you want under the rules doesn't mean it's right and it certainly doesn't mean it's something you should do.

Both doing something outside the rules and Rule 14 are unnecessary. It's okay to have an unwritten rule that "if it sounds like you shouldn't be doing it, you probably aren't supposed to be doing it", but to have a clear rule stating you can do whatever the hell you want is just stupid. Especially when it contradicts other rules, it's just a major flaw. Your request to the 3 that were banned and your banishment of them following, completely goes against what one of the other rules states. Now, whether or not it was a wrong decision, you still haven't addressed it directly, and either you were wrong in your decision or the rule needs to be revised.

Yep it sure is obvious to everyone whose name isn't Locke. I don't honestly believe he's any kind of imbecile, I just believe he's being so completely stubborn that he doesnt give a right **** whether his actions are justified or not. Either way he's a terrible person to have in the admin spot right now or right ever.

I was blacklisted already. Would you call a murderer a hypocrite if he was let out of jail, and didn't kill again? No. I was merely stating that useless posts that are obviously just there to fuel a fire are exactly what Gaku doesn't want. You're making things worse by posting uselessness now, and being just completely ignorant of the fact that you're doing it.

Also, they were not my words. They were Gaku's. I'm choosing to follow them, since he made it perfectly clear not to post a certain way now. Maybe you should follow his rule too and not pretend you're above his law.
