OK, so, looks like I need to step in.

Any more arguments of "X DID Y" or "BLAX WAS BAD/INNOCENT" or any such rot will result in being kicked for a week.

This thread is to discuss the Percentage system and how it should be/should not be made to work.

Anyway like I said before the new percent system would be fine if it worked as intended.

Except the new percent system doesn't actually solve the so-claimed issues of the old percent system. It merely stymies it slightly.

Now, we can either a) work with what you believe are the flaws in the situation and decide if they are truly flaws, or b) we can start from your flaws and come up with real solutions, not just duct-taping **** together.
