also if dsay is a place that's actually moderated now (even though it never has been for any other issue really) shouldn't we have been notified of that somewhere beforehand so we know that admin is actually serious about banning people over joking about **** in it?

I really hope you don't question why people don't like you, Locke. It's decisions like this that do it. You want people to actually like you, stop using your position as power and start using it to actually help, rather than restrict people's gameplay for a tiny joke. When you do that, all you do is show your true colors, and that's why a lot of people don't like you.

This does not mean you are allowed to make personal attacks, or try to grief a fellow player. If you do not get along with someone, being in the same domain is in no way a good idea. It is a very BAD idea, and just gives more opportunity for the two+ of you to get into a rule-breaking situation.

Regardless, you look like you're changing your story, even if you state you're not. Also, as I quoted, domain leaders take care of harassment issues on domain say, not would-be admins. Also, rule 14:

14. The administrative team of FFO and Terulia reserves the right to moderate anything should it be deemed exceptional, even if it is not something in the rules.

Rule 14 directly contradicts Rule 2, simply because of the fact that Rule 2 states that domain leaders will handle anything related to domain say, whereas Rule 14 states that the moderation team can handle anything. Fix that and then you'll have the situation handled.

Rule 14 has always been a joke. It might have flown with more than one admin but now that there's just one admin he can do whatever he wants.
