They show up when you input your passwords into the Change Password screen as well. Screenshot was made immediately after logging in. Just logout, log back in, and look at /?Cmd in your history.

Nah, I'm not paranoid. You wanted to know how it was done and now you have it. Other than using a form that uses a different programming language, I have no idea.

As long as you don't share your computer it isn't a problem. If you don't trust whoever you live with, password protect your user account on your computer. If you share that, then clear your history every time you use it.
