Passwords showing up in internet history

They show up when you input your passwords into the Change Password screen as well. Screenshot was made immediately after logging in. Just logout, log back in, and look at /?Cmd in your history.

Nah, I'm not paranoid. You wanted to know how it was done and now you have it. Other than using a form that uses a different programming language, I have no idea.

The problem is that the password is getting passed to the server in an html form. Forms don't process; they only transmit.

As long as you don't share your computer it isn't a problem. If you don't trust whoever you live with, password protect your user account on your computer. If you share that, then clear your history every time you use it.
