It'd be cool if you could store your cell phone number in your user cp and designate what notifications you'd like texted to your cell phone such as posts, pms, replies, etc.

It can all be done through email.

People would just have to put in the correct cell phone address.

For example mine would be 0001112222@yrmobl.com
(0001112222 in place of telephone number)

Using a system like that you could have notifications sent to both cell or email depending on the address you use.

ex-gf had sprint and it worked for her too.

anyone else here have other phone carriers that can test this?

just send a text from your phone to an email address.
