I've tested this in two forums I own. Its nothing major but when you mass clear a subforum it says the "error only admins can do this" BUT when you go back (it also takes you to the browse page) you find the subforum WAS cleared.

Dean or another forum owner can test I'm pretty sure they'll get same results unless its an issue with my web browser again haha

just tried it myself using FF; wasn't able to reproduce
