Most people don't really care about this but Gaku tends to listen when random ass people make posts on the forum, or people actually say something about things in general.

Not much people even play FFO at the moment, and some of the few people that do play feel as though they're being cheated with the way moderation currently is.

Anyways pretty much the way things are now is, Sinsie isint as active as he makes himself out to be, and is extremely biased, Jeebs is semi-active, but cant really fix much with the way things are now so he doesent really count as an admin even though hes the most fair admin there possibly can be, Darlute pretty much is okay, but generally goes along with what Sinsie says, making him potentially biased even though hes as fair of an admin as he can be and have proven that in the past, and then theres Dean, he used to be a good admin but, he let it go to his head.

Presently, Dean can do what ever the **** he wants, and no one thats not an admin has a say, and from what i know Sinsie doesent really question him, and david and jeebs don't really care, meaning this entire system is corrupt in more ways than one. I suggest we re-appoint the admins, the current admins arent really cutting it anyways, and we could definidly appoint some less biased admins that are actually willing to listen to eachother, and more imporantly the players.

As Dead as things are now, it's considering FFOs state, of still being worked on, i wouldnt say its completely dead, so i don't think its fair to the few people that still play to have to just cope with the current system because they feel powerless to do anytihng. And for those players that do have the system on their side, I'm sure they have no problem with the way things are, because they dont feel how corrupt the system is, or simply ingnore it because it benifits them, Which in turn is not fair.

Anyways this message is generally to gaku, and ment for everyone that has anything to say about Administration and Moderation as it is now. Whether it be you agree to FFO needing new administration, or whether you think things should stay as they are now because you dont really care about FFO, or because you feel diffrently or indiffrent to either of these views.

I have to say that a fresh group of admins would do the game alot of good

a new group of active unbiased admins who can do their job well, as it stands now 90% of all admining done is by dean, and we all know how dean can just go along with whatever he wants then just threated dev work and ****

but anywho, new admins actually governing **** and possibly making amendmants to flawed rules seems like a great idea to implement, i for one would love to see a new admin selection, if they can stop people from keeping newbies from training and ****, it could allow nebies off the island and potentially revive ffo for a while, maybe even long enough to last until terulia comes out

We is everyone that's aware how corrupt the Administration system is, Marcus being banned is just an example of a single person being able to do what ever they please, all of the icon checkers got revoked instantly apon the whole incident occuring, by dean might i add, instead of the admins getting to the point of what happening.

Not to mention incidents following where as dean pretty much displayed the same case of abuse in power following it.

As far as the incident where everyone's icon checker status was removed, that was done to isolate the problem immediately.

Icon checker status can be added and removed on the fly. Everyone had their checker status back within a hour or so after confirming that their byond keys were safe aka not accessible to YOU in order to ensure you didn't have the power to rage-delete more icons.

This may seem like beating dead horses to you, but there is one thing that gaku will go for, and thats open discussion, unless it regards development, considering how many times hes been bugged about fixing the admins and always replying with "Make a post about it".

Pretty much, you may be able to troll and weasle your way out of things dean, but if enough people think a election is neccesary then it might happen, theres no point in just giving up because people feel powerless to change how corrupt the system is.

You got perma-banned for the blatant misuse of your powers. All of the icon checkers were immediately revoked as a preventative measure so more harm didn't come out of a "rouge icon checker" then should have occurred. And then the icon checkers (except for you) were all givin their positions back. Honestly I fail to see why anyone makes such a big deal about that little situation in which my opinion was how it should have been handled.

There really isn't any "corruptness" going on here. And I'm not just saying that cuz I was on Deans ****ing side on the war. He's banned people on both sides, and does his job as he should. You all should quit whining, and quit going out of your god damn ways to be douchebags and we wouldn't continuously have **** storms about "Wah so-and-so did this I Cant fend for myself someone fix it for me" threads.

Neither of you seem to understand that, most of what happened is most of the reason why the system is ****ed up and needs changing, and this post isint even about Marcus being banned, the post is about the admins needing to be re-elected.

Admins shouldnt have the god given right to approach any situation how ever they wish, there should be measures, and there were measures initially, but they faded out of use, and the admins pretty much began to do things how ever they saw fit. and we all appointed multiple admins so we wouldnt have another case of Locke, one person being able to do what ever the hell they want, and Multiple people deliberating on everything from start to finish, regardless of how little the issue was, thats what we as players were promised when we elected you all the first time, and now you've all bit your tounges and lied to our faces in saying, "We're still doing our jobs, We're not the ones thats wrong, you are!".

As I understand repeat offenders who've committed the same crime on more than one occasion, get (possibly exponentially) longer ban sentences to serve. Eventually you'll learn your lesson and become a productive member of society. Or you'll quit and go away. Either outcomes sounds like a win to me.
