More user friendly tell system.

Something similar to this. Drop down list populated with names of users currently connected to TRC. Leaving field blank sends messages to all users in the channel you are currently in. Selecting a user of ctrl+selection of several users sends messages to the appropriate users.

Yea, this would make the tell system a hell of a lot easier to use.

Did I forget to update FFO with the newest version of TRC? The Flip/Save buttons have been replaced...

No, that's probably an old picture, or a few of us don't care to update the skin for something as small as that. I modified a bunch of my FFO skin and am too lazy to go back and redo it all with your new edit so I still have Flip/Save.
