Now placing Ember Wyrms in earth elemental...thats completley abusable as far as dragging to a domain goes. My suggestion is place them in ruins in the day time. This doesnt completley avoid the dragging dragons problem but think about it. 5 floors of the hardest mobs in the game aka condemed souls, Shades, Mindflayers, Sorcorers, Evilmen, Dark imps, and all the rest. Ruins has more then enough choke points to get stuck in and wiping all of the 5 floors of its spawns isnt exactly easy you would need a modivated team with a white wizard or two that is willing to go back more then a few times to wipe these spawns THEN drag the Wyrms. Not exactly a walk in the park and lets face it....having wyrms in irendi is just completley backasswards. This removes the whole "vorg is useless besides two neclaces" because come on standard charms which arent that hard to get makes up for needing a pair of grand-perfect stone charms and its endless champ golen hunting. As far as getting a perfect pincer goes, thats as easy as one-two desert trips solo even because getting a champ antlion is once again very easy and getting one that spawns a pincer thats not hard either. With the way dark dragons are it takes a good ammount of poison/dark gear to counter there elements thus making potions and curing pretty useless even if you had more dark then poison gear. Its a simple fix of this issue thats been brought up.

If this goes in, move frost dragons to ice caves so they spawn with trolls and icicles.

EE's are actually have lower value drops than dragons.

To be honest EE's can be farmed like any other mob, but they spawn in one tiny small room. They'd be too easy IMO, but if you expand the small room and add in a few more mobs, possibly fire ones it may work.

Can we add fire mobs to the floor above EE's instead?

I am fairly certain in the september 2012 update thing it was said that dragon drops were brought down to equivalent of ee's, but not a 100% sure if they changed it back. I say just leave ember dragons for now and put earth elementals back in. Maybe you could even put them in an area in the plains instead of so close to ruins. Maybe south of sank or something? If they do get put back in room should be a little tougher, for instance having mindflayers there too. Old times it was easy to block them off so wizards would never get hit except by earth 3. Also niten, spawn rates were pretty bad, but they were pretty overcamped at the time too. (I can't really space out paragraphs I am on my phone)
