Basically we were having a discussion not too long ago about party names and such, Now ive been warned about making party names that have someones name it in but never if its just a trolling name that could be anyone.

Relleth decided to take a side because sai was on the opposing team, letting hydro use Ass in psay but someone using cancer is totally illegal? Right good logic. You have no proof that person A was slandering Person B he could just be talking about anything....and yes post the party name he could be saying cancer gets mad dat shit kills you....he could have meant anything but because he is who he is relleth goes ahead and decides to let this be done with other people. Personally i find that unacceptable especially because he is now allowing extremley vulgar party names.

Sai's party name was Cancer Mad Bro, which is pretty evident that it was aimed at Hydro. But of course, you said that I had no proof that it was aimed at Hydro, so it obviously didn't matter. So you lawyered for the next five minutes or so. In response, so did I.

I don't see why it matters to you guys about what side Relleth takes, since you know, he isn't an admin. Oh, and he isn't adjunct, either.

As for this case, having ass in the party name isn't a problem since it isn't censored. However, if this specific party name showed up after some drama, it's clear that the party name was created to troll or flame. If you're offended (see second post of this topic) by this party name, what you do is ask the party leader to change the party name to something else. If they refuse, you let them know you'll be taking it to an admin. If they still don't change it, you talk to an admin.

As the leader of the party in question, if you are approached by someone asking you to change the name, don't think of it in your situation and make 100 excuses of how it's talking about someone/something else. Think of how it looks from the admin's perspective. Use common sense. Base your decision off of these, even play it safe, and everything should be fine.

Since it's only fair that everyone receives this warning, this case will be treated with a warning as well. However, there will be no more warnings. You are all assumed to have your own brains and common sense. If those two can't keep you out of trouble in a game, I can only pity you.
