Originally I was planning to have a fourth adjunct, but I didn't know who to choose so we went with three. We've now decided to appoint Kaji as the fourth admin. Her prior experience will help out the other admins, and she'll be a good influence on them. Kaji cares about the game a lot and did a good job before. The reason she was removed was silly on my part, so in conclusion I'm really happy to welcome Kaji back to the admin team and all the experience and knowledge she has.

It's the whole thing where you all claim to have different view points and have a balanced team but if you were all in the same kingdom that shows you have similar interests. Not to mention the point all these admins are friends of Locke, seemingly.

The most insulting about all of this is that you have the audacity to pretend that all your admins are all from different groups/opinions of the game. For you to even mention that at the start was pretty dumb because you know it's not even true (though you will not ever, ever admit you were wrong, ever in a million years). Kaji was a horrible admin and she's about as reliable as an unexploded landmine.

Time already showed she does a bunch. Relying on results doesn't matter, because we already have results showing things are bad and Locke and Gaku aren't listening. That's the main problem of it all.

It's nice to try and be reasonable about this but when people ignore indisputable facts AND abuse themselves with no consequences, you're just about out of luck.

On the topic of adjunct admins, I really am against Kaji. She was prone to fits of rage and emotion and would then act on them. She could be easily manipulated, and swayed by the populace with little effort. One thing I can say about two of our adjuncts, to spite them being TSH people, multiple times have they sided AGAINST us on issues. If anything, that assures me that they won't give special treatment to their friends.

I cannot say the same thing of Kaji. And I doubt I ever would be able to.

If someone presents a good point it doesn't matter what their personality is. They can be the biggest stupid mother ****er in the world and if they post a good idea, it's still a good idea. Stop trying to make things more personally targeted towards the people that are complaining about a subject. The subject is what the whole thing is about, not the people arguing them.

If you wish to not comment on criticism towards your decisions, whatever. But when you only target people in a personal manner it only shows how pathetic you can be when you want to make yourself look as good as possible.

Really, why in the world would you appoint Kaji of all people as an admin, especially in light of the giant **** storm for administrative reform?

Kaji hasn't played in forever.
Kaji makes poor decisions (We've already got a head admin to do that, we don't need more admins making poor decisions)

As one mentioned earlier in this thread, she's got a bad track record of abusing her position of power.

Nothing against her personally as a player, other than the fact that she is two-faced as hell.

I don't condone this at all. A more qualified individual could have been found for this without much effort.
