The new adjunct-admins are:

Magnus G
Enn Hyedo
Ezao

Gaku and I decided this based on our experiences and concerns. We've found these people to be generally logical in their thinking and able to put together a logical stance on issues. They also all three come from different groups around the community, and are known to disagree with each other and myself pretty often.

The adjuncts will be the primary moderators of FFO. Basically, they will handle evidence, bannings, and other issues like that. For major issues they will discuss them together, but immediate bans might be dealt if the situation is blatantly against the rules. They can also appoint and remove Guides.

My job will now be to manage the adjuncts. If you have a problem with one of them, try to go to another admin and get them to discuss it or work it out with you before you come to me. However, if that doesn't work, talk to me next. For the most part, I will be trusting in their decisions and stay out of direct moderation. I will still be the only one handling Renamers, Icon Checkers, and Multi-key exemptions. Since these abilities are used less often, Gaku and I did not feel the need to provide them to the adjuncts.

The adjunct's abilities are generally limited, and they do not have any GM abilities at all. With this group we want to minimize the possibility of abuse as much as possible.

On a side note, before anyone says anything, Cea, Sinsie, and LP were not considered at all for these positions. Gaku specifically mentioned he did not want any of them appointed, and I agreed.

I approve these choices, even Ezao as one of them. But I am worried about people just ignoring them to say 'WAH WAH LOCKE!'

Be sure to set a precedent of 'Did you talk to the adjuncts yet? No? Then eff off.' It'll save you trouble.

Anyway, good work. I do not object to any of these appointments. And I'm actually surprised that Enn accepted it.

EDIT @ Cea: To take suggestions for people who were not you, Sinsie or LP. I do believe both Enn and Magnus G had their names dropped as candidates in that thread, not sure about Ezao.

Last time I logged on I caused a sudden surge of PvP by my very existence, AND got Kimmeh killed for trying to life me. While I don't mind causing hell, I'd rather not cause Kimmeh trouble because she keeps lifing me.

@Haze If all admins were part of the group currently in power, it would be a very bad set up, don't you agree? I actually think it's good that they are, all three, in different 'Mini Factions.'

ezao the leader of the fallen age of dzungaria (dupegaria) when tons of item duping and gold duping were rampant. also he abused say experience cause he was capped at 45 or something then the capped was removed and days later he was into the 50's even though he hadn't played for some amount of time before the cap being removed.
