I'm going to attempt to fill this out, TAKE ME SERIOUSLY

1. 4-5 Some moderation is always necessary, but let the kids do what they want.

2. I don't ban, so ya. I'd just beat them down until they stop abusing bugs.

3. bring back icon guidelines, but don't make them rules. let the icon checkers use them as LINES to GUIDE them, etc

only let re-namers take care of nonsense and alternative caps names. everything else goes

4. I've never played ffo 8)

1. I think im a 3 to 5.

2. Depends on the how severe the bug is. If the bug was say a game breaker like duping items then the people who were involved would definitely deserve a ban (Not forever), and a forfeit of all items they own, even the stuff they are wearing.

3. As long as the Icon Checkers and Renamers are doing their job properly and don't abuse their powers then there shouldn't be a problem. If one does arise, there can always be someone to replace them. Same goes with Admins.

4. I always play.

1. 2 or 3. Do what you want but dont be locking people up and pulling what that citizen pulled on letto. Dont be fucking up nsay or making alts with shitty names.

2. Pics or GTFO.

3. I hire them, if they fuck up, depending on the gravity, I suspend or fire them. I'm not in the ass wiping hand holding business.

This is something that will have to be taken care of once some people are made official. 1. One. The less rules the better. There are really only a handful.
a. Don't abuse bugs or mechanics.
b. Don't spam kill.
c. No blatant troll names.

2. I know how the system works. There can be no conviction without proper supporting evidence, period.

3. Do I really need to moderate Icon checkers and renamers?
How about, don't abuse your position, or you're gone.

The only time a rename is warranted is when a player created a character with an unacceptable name.

Icon checkers know the guidelines for the icons they're putting in. Everyone makes mistakes too. If a questionable icon was introduced to the game, it'd be checked against the guidelines. If found unacceptable it'd be removed. Simple as that.

4. I'll play the same way I always have, and you'll all hate it. This, as always, makes me love it. I just ask that you please always walk around with atleast 10k+ gold and lots of unengraved items.

1. 4, like seriously, this is byond and crap weeee're talking about, getting too serious over rules will just stress you out, although there ARE times where you have to keep common sense in mind, and the rules are for those whom lack it. Which is a large percentage of the community... Uh, I change my 4 to 8 now ;(.

2. I'd make sure my friend wasn't ****ing bug abusing first before checking out his enemy, or mine, whatever. If they both are bug abusing, I'll take the proper procures of laying down the law and using both feet to kick some ass, then trip in the progress because I probably just lost a friend who would then team up with my enemy to exact vengeance, oh well.

3. Well, since I didn't keep tabs on what's going on with icons, I'd make sure to make sure that the icon checkers were grain clear with each other and then I'd check to see if those icon checkers were too busy with real life to do the **** that they're suppose to do. Obviously though, it might be more effective to schedule icon checkers to slave, I mean work on checking the icons during a specified number of days each week. Renames would be allowed to rename, but there would be logs on the players that they renamed.

4. On a separate account that would NOT be influenced by my adminshit, I would in fact remain anonymous with that account, and obviously be subjected to my own wrath. Which would be awkward for when I have to send choclates to myself to make up with myself since I... eh.

My choices and my reasoning:

Sinsie: As much as I don't like either of them, he brings up good points and deserves the chance to show us if he can actually do a good job. One thing I am concerned about is Cea bending his ear to get things his way, but I'm not going to accuse Sinsie of being that weak willed without proof.

Jeebs: Friendly, fun, and respected. Even if his knowledge of the game is limited, he is a good choice for day-to-day affairs and PR especially. He's got that 'friendly' manner of speaking that is needed for an admin.

Solus: Ok, unstable decision making aside, there needs to be an admin who understands the game system. As much as I know Solus to make rash choices, and not think things through (Sorry Bro), I can say very few people know more about the inner workings of this game then he does. He also is very knowledgeable on how certain features may be abused, which allows him to put a stop to them.

Yeah, that is where I will throw my votes. A little addendum:

Cea: I think he's got too much ego to be an effective admin.
Enn: I don't think he cares enough.
Dean: He focuses too much on skirting the rules, nothing personal, but you are one of the last people I'd want with total power Dean.
LP: I don't know enough about the real him to make a true choice on this. I'm not sure what is truth and what is my own dislike of him.

Sorry not to be clear but the point of my post was to say I liked 3 admins who didn't have power over each other. I wasn't nominating myself. But now I'd like to point out how you are all putting me down without me even putting my name in.

I don't recall flaming in your forum. And I did delete several of your posts. But that's not what this is about.

And I believe you are talking about the gun. In which case I had several people come to me. Two with screen shots. I had every right to. Gaku unbanned you because you whispered in his ear some bologna about you testing it or something. Even though half the game was massacred in New Banian for this testing and they basically begged you to be banned. Even so, I waited for screenshots before I did anything.

I don't jump the gun for "people I don't like". Again, I'll use Black as an example. Oond had come to Sinsie and I a TON asking for a ban. He even had screenshots. But we ruled they were not worthy of a ban, despite how crappy a person Black is.

edit: oh yeah and my choice for a career change has nothing to do with sinsie. In fact, he was the reason I didn't go for a police officer from the start. I was worried about being seen as copying him. but my life decided it was what I wanted and I had to go for it despite what people would think. Way to get the facts :)

The forum and the game are two separate entities. How I moderate MY forum in no way correlates to how I would moderate GAKU'S game. When you assume, you only make an ass out of "u".

We can both debate the gun incident until we're blue in the face. One or two people were killed before I realized there was a problem. After that, everyone who died was a willing participant belonging to TSH with the exception of guards.

The fact of the matter is, no one in TSH plays anymore or plans to play. I don't have any ties to kingdom's or players. I pester everyone equally. I know the mechanics better than 99% of the player base. I play the game with a light heart, as it is in fact, just a game. I'm online constantly. I believe everyone has the same right to play, no matter how nice or mean they want to be while they do so.

also as for dean being admin, he wouldnt honestly be all that bad as admin. it would be a wise decision to have someone who knows so many game mechanics like dean as admin. cuz if some bug happened he would most likely understand them better. i know he's like our communities biggest troll, but it doesnt mean he's irresponsible. if he found something unbalanced or a bug he eventually reports them. All of the candidates have plenty of knowledge about FFO and it's game mechanics. Dean has a few good things going for him if he is admin.

Pros:
-Runs part of the forums
-Plays the game
-Is in development

Cons:
-Trolls newbies (This part is up for debate because I don't believe anyone can really be trolled, and I personally like Dean doing this. As long as it's not spam killing.)
-Trolls the forums
-Can give strange first impressions

He dosent "seem" power hungry. Never seen him rage either in-game. Yet, he is never on dsay so I can't get a proper impression of him except what he posts on the forums, which is usually "lul" posts.

I'd like to say I probably know as much or more about mechanics. Despite what Solus thinks, I've been here for ages and have seen the game created. Because of that I know everything that has come and gone.

I'd say you're stating an opinion. Sinsie would probably know just as much considering he's seen all the updates himself too.
