This is a bit tricky to explain, but having the forum control panel work on a single link has a bug with it.

If I'm on my board Open Politics, and I open up say, FFO Consortium in another tab, and I click Forum CP on the Open Politics thread without going to another page, then I get this message.

"Error: only admins can use this feature!"

And it takes me to FFO Consortium. It's remedied by going to another link on the forum you have control panel access on, but it's still a bit annoying.
