Two issues with threads.

First off, even though I have admin capabilities and all permissions on my Open Politics forum, I cannot move other peoples threads, and I can't delete them either, or my own threads for that matter. The function for deletion simply doesn't appear, and there is no visible means to move them.

Edit: Damn, wrong section. Ah well, at least you can use this to test moving.

No, I found it, it just doesn't stand out very well at the bottom of the page. Disregard.

I just created and tested it on another forum, it works fine with all the settings put in correctly for the forum creator.

To clear up confusion though, can all the settings be all turned on for the admin when you create a new forum? Having to manually do it is annoying.

Gaku: Yes; they should be. Which ones are turned off?

They're all turned on be default, I just checked. I should note that there is no means to completely delete a forum, that or I can't find it.
