-Make firewalls fires not get halved and put out by walking on like every other fire.

Firewall as it is is pretty much useless, especially for a 2.5 spell. These buffs wouldn't make it anywhere near overpowered, but they'd go a long way to making it a viable option instead of just something pretty to look at.

Yea all it does is sit there and makes it a bit more annoying to level, its more of a show off spell that is a waste of time right now

I agree wholeheartedly. Even against a ice based monster such as icicles and snowmen it's pretty lackluster until your firewall is 40+ at which point it'll do just enough damage to be noticeable.

But considering the huge mana cost (about 6 mana per tile at a decent level, and a half-assed firewall is about 5 tiles = 30 mana) as well as recoil you deserve some reward for your firewall beyond making monster slightly shy about approaching you.

And really, I'd only use firewall against a multi-tile monster that resists magic damage (See: majority of multi tiles). On top of the fact that monsters not extremely weak to firewall will most likely ignore it and come beat the **** out of you anyways. Add to that you most likely laid it ON the monster so after the first tick the damage was halved so even monsters weak to it would ignore it after another second or so.

Firewall has basically been turned obsolete because people "thought" the damage my level 45-50 FW was doing was "too much", so I hope this gets put in.

Dark's supposed to be the PvP spell.

Dark is almost always prepared for in serious PvP.

If you're finding that dark's hitting too hard you should get some dark armor because unlike other times when saying "get the right equipment" isn't an excuse, it is for dark armor since it's meant to be an immediate threat.

it's pretty awesome against DDs though cause it ticks quick and it's easy enough to use. other than that and frdragons there's really no use though.

That's what the big problem is here. It's gotten more and more worthless, starting with the loss of it's AoE and monsters avoiding it.
