I was wondering if we could like Multiply everything by two
Monster stats by two, Monster drop value by two and such ect.

Due to the shops sucking and being unreliable now it would be awesome if monsters dropped better things, even if only for a while.

Only reason i even suggest this is that i've pretty much gotten all the people who left NB that arent in a domiain in a stable domain so partying shouldnt be hard for them at all.

Plus i'm sure we'd all like to see pretty awesome shit drop now so we arent reduced to quest running. All. Day. Long.

(Even if this suggestion isint a great permanent idea i say we try it out for a week before people kick it out the window like they do every other suggestion, dont knock it till you try it ect)

Maybe certain days... but we got scaled leveled debuffed for a reason man....

Dont you realize that we are already playing in a fucking x2 world... we got the exp buffed, the monster drops buffed, the shops buffed... and now your still asking for more?

I remember when it actually took time to get things like life, tier 3's, and other end game skills, and only few had them. But now with the double exp, everybody has their skills capped out no matter how much they played the game, it makes it so that complete noobs can get skills that many only dreamed of having a long time ago.

Actually Zapno, the shops were nerfed hardcore. I mean, the best fucking staff you can buy is Snake Staff..

Yeah but monster drops were buffed recently.

It's fine the way it is, you should be getting better things from strong monsters than from shops anyway.

Even before the buff, Evilmen had a good chance to drop things over the shop system...

Also, a Spine Staff is better than Snake anyway, and those aren't hard to come by.

A big change like that, with the shops, really should have caused a pwipe though. The people who are starting now are going to be at a disadvantage etc.

Why on Earth to pwipe? The new guys are lucky. Higher drops means more gold and they probably don't know what to do with it all.

And in time we'll find items we never could in Shops, we just need to put some mour luck into our lives...

All pwipes do is make people play more hardcore than they are currently, like it is with EVERY pwipe, and it doesn't really add to the replay value of the game. Although, people say they don't like the idea of pwipes, the fact that when a pwipe occurs, it causes people to play a lot more than like a month after a pwipe.

Pwipes are a poor fix to a combination of many problems.

Have you seen Seika? That game's top 100 rankings is flooded with level 90 people because it never pwipes. If you want no pwipes then go play Seika.

Low world cap. Means newbies can jump right in and play and not be severely underpowered. Don't think of it in terms of FFO. The entire leveling/experience system is different from what you know now.

It's not gonna be a cakewalk for everyone who's been playing for weeks/months/etc against people who just started necessarily.

Also there may be a one character per person limit. There are people working on a new character creation/selection screen for that purpose. Hopefully it will be limited by IP range and Gaku can add exemptions for people who share internet.

Ingame editing of weapon/armor stats. Means you won't have to pwipe to correct fuck ups in that area. Also means balancing will occur almost instantly. You won't have to wait for a reboot to see if things were adjusted properly.

As it is NOW, we get pwipes because everyone caps out and becomes bored. Or things like "Frost Dragons" and such happen. Won't be any UBER items in Terulia so that problem, won't be a problem.

Newbies get discouraged because everyone else is capped and they aren't. They can't take on the higher levels easily or participate in domain warfare easily.

Takes them lots of invested time and work to catch up with people who have been playing forever etc.
