So apparently swiftness is supposed to work even if its equipped to the off-hand weapon, and it isnt.

I dont know much more to say about this, but im getting delay when its not equipped as a primary and its working fine when its equipped to my primary slot.

Only in main hand because in just reduces the time between click and strike. Try it with a cheetah in off.
