The /tell verb does not work for names that are more than one word. I have tried it myself and had one other person try (Danny) and got the following error:

error: unable to communicate with TRC; please try again later

Also, as Magnus mentioned in the duscussion section, for some people the save function for the position and size of the TRC box does not work.

Have you tried putting the names in "quotes"? For example, /tell "Magnus Gallant" Your face is so *** I popped a boner in my trousers.

Tried and failed. I would appreciate it if other people test this for themselves to see if this is specific to certain people or something. This goes for both.

Please check to see if it's been fixed.
You should be able to designate user names using " ", ' ', and ( ).
