I think the main channel should probably have a set of rules similar to nsay.

I also think mutes should apply globally to trc as well as all ffo say channels.


1) Discussion in nsay, say, and emote must be kept appropriate. Do not evade any filters over the nsay channel or post any links to pornographic or other adult material over any of these three channels. Psay, Pemote, Dsay, and Demote will be moderated by their specific leaders. Whisper will not be enforced against unless the user is careless or intentionally harassing someone with it.

Currently, TRC channels are moderated by the forum moderators. If you want to mute someone from a channel, basically you go on the forums and kick them out of the channel and blacklist them. If necessary, I can add a TRC command to do this, but I don't want FFO to effect TRC as this sets a bad precedent for other games.

Well, the moderator for Terulia Forum Services is Kumog, right? He doesn't play FFO, so perhaps it would be alright if the admins who do play could moderate main. I understand where you're coming from, but I'm sure its also bad for our newbies to see vets flaming and trolling each other left and right in the one channel they can see aside from nsay.
