If you block someone they can still see what you say. Naturally they can just block you if they don't wanna hear you but I'd personally like it if they couldn't see what you say if you block them.

Second thing, ghosting/appearing offline.

Maybe something like /ghost to toggle between ghosting and appearing online. When ghosting you can read chat but you can't send to chat. Ghosting is useful if you're trying to play incognito while still being able to read TRC. Perhaps make it so you can still use tells.

How would that affect playing incognito? Someone can still tell you're online because of the byond page, or if they see the thing that says you've connected, which is automatic on start up.

I suppose that's true. I don't disagree that it is a nice feature to have, I just don't think it would be that effective in that regard. Keep in mind that some players play a lot more than others, and connecting when they're not on leaves a lot to chance.

What if it could be activated from the forum? Would that be possible?
