Unable to /t users with spaces in their names.

ALSO

Suggestion: If you try to /t a user who is not online your message is automatically sent to their inbox OR you are asked whether or not you would like the message sent to their inbox.

For the latter would it be as simple as "User is not online, would you like this message sent to their inbox? Y/N"?
