when building a stair to access palisades, it will work from east to west, but going north the stairs wont give you access to the palisade

ill give ss' when i figure out how

You'll need to point out the problem, and use pictures that aren't pitch-black.

im afraid i dont know what the problem is, but stairs that went onto the walls used to work going north, now it wont

and when its day i will re-take the pictures

You have to drop a stair on the corner part, completely surrounding the palisades.

despite all attempts, i cannot get the stairs to let me onto the wall from the south, err,

it wont let me use the stairs to go directly up

Try 2 stairs to the south with a full wall next to it.

like, remove the stairs, and just put 2 at the south along my walls?
