My skills started at Poison2 level 11, Mute level 8, and Heal level 11. The problem here was that the level cap verb can count when it only goes down by 1 correctly. When you put in more experience so it gains multiple levels it can't count down correctly. When my mute was at 8 and I got it to level 12, my "profs to advance" only went from 9 to 8.
