copy/pasting my old thread bc it had all the information a regular player could possibly get regarding the topic at hand (it contains what you need gaku dont try to tell me this is a bad report)

Eons ago, an update was added that gave heavy armor a block chance, mage armor a chance to run while casting, stealth armor to shoot a bow or throw while running, and light armor to attack while running. All of these work except light armor. I've tested with every possible weapon combination you can think of over the past 9 months. Stealth might not allow you to run and throw at the same time. I haven't tested that.

OH ADDITIONALLY the running while attacking does work my bad, only like once every million attacks and only if the hit was the killing blow and it was the first hit in your attack unless you're using swiftness
