***After the Marsh Maiden quest (spoiler, the talisman made her evil apparently and you have to kill her), the talisman disintegrated as normal. The next day I logged on to see that I still had the talisman on me, and the quest was finished.

Important Bug Report That Will Save Terulia: Volume 1

So here I was, winning at Terulia with my brother Cea, and when I get to my Marsh Maiden quest, Cea tells me to try to equip the amulet. Upon receiving said amulet, I attempt to equip it and suggenly I get a message that says I "equipped Cursed Amulet cursed cursed cursed" and I get death sickness-like effects only I'm slowly losing stats as time goes on (screenshots not included). When I give the poor Marsh Maiden the amulet that was stolen from her by that filthy Daros, she gives me my very worthwhile reward but I don't recover my normal stats (max health 91/194, max mana 15/33)! Luckily this was remedied by logging out and logging back in.

Gaku: not a bug, you didn't wait for sickness to wear off

Another thing I found was that curing skills/spells only use allowance when they heal health BUT when you use them to heal TO full health, they use no allowance which I find to be quite silly! (90/100 health and chakra heals 10+ will not use allowance but 9- will.)
