All Monsters now have same points, includes Dragons and Garland
Garland Quest:
- Spawns reduced by 50%
- Health and Resists reduced by 50%
- Now only counts for the person using the pot
- Others can go down again after doing the quest
Dark/Frost Dragons, Ember Wyrms:
- Reduced Health, Attack Damage, Resists by 40%

Make all the adjustments this hosting next hosting don't update at all. That way it gives you more time for Terulia, also less time for FFO. I suggest only time you update is if there is a severe bug. Other then that, nerfing and buffing ****, leave as is. That is all I purpose. :}
