Icon submission
*Submit your icon to ONE icon checker
**Don't go to one icon checker, then another just because they rejected it. Ask them how your icon can be improved

Recolored base icon:
*Player must have left newbie island
*Recolored base icons cannot have more than five colors.
*Player may not have a class changed icon on a non-class changed character (or vice versa)
*Recolors must match the character's gender and class

Icon time limit:
*Player must wait at least two weeks to receive any new icons
**Renamed characters must also wait two weeks
**Minor updates to icon does not follow this rule
***Adding a sleep state, changing cast state, ect

Do not ask Gakumerasara about icons under any circumstances
*Talk with an icon checker about any iconing situations
*Speak with an admin if abuse is in question
**Only talk with Gakumerasara if it concerns Pony icons

Other important notes
*PM an icon checker if you're unable to reach them in game
*Do not expect icons to be uploaded immediately
*Do not harass icon checkers
**Icon checkers have a right to BAN any player from receiving icons, if harassed

all i'm going to say now is those pics are just for reference, even those face pics are just for reference, i didn't post the ones i wanted used. i'm willing to work with the icon maker to see how it looks and if i like it before it get's submitted, only possible problem is there is a icon already on a ninja in Leam by the name of Ibuki that might conflict with it, depending on the iconner who accepts it and how different/unique it looks.
