Shouldn't the Newbie level cap be raised back to 19 like it was back in the version we are playing?

If you want to be technical, the newbie level cap in this version was 9 (or whatever it currently is).

Kumog will come reply to this topic eventually with the usual, and we all know it at by this point (or at least a forum reader like yourself should know by now) and he's right. The hosting that this was based off of before had a newbie cap of 9 and it's probably going to stay that way.
