Go to the Referrals Section in the 'Administation' category and create a new Topic labeled "Your Key" but with your BYOND Key in the Quotation Marks.

Note: If the people to are referring you to be an Administrator subscribe to the games forums, your odds of getting an Administration seat will be doubled.
