where are these "official" banners going to be used?

edit: idk it just seems a kingdom wouldn't use the letter of their kingdom as their crest.

I think we're waiting for Gaku's input on the matter. From what he posted in the "something to consider" or w/e thread he's not gonna be around to give an answer as in-depth as RP backgrounds of the three kingdoms.
