Kaji is being removed as an admin. We will be filling her spot with Cea. We're removing Kaji because there's no justifiable reason for her to stay an admin, and we've considered her past abuses. We're adding Cea because we feel like he has experience and knowledge and would be a good asset to the team.

Also, all decisions related to administration will be determined by a vote of the adjuncts. To make things absolutely clear, a 3/4th majority must be reached, or the debate continues.

I will continue to oversee the other admins, as my job should have been in the beginning. I will not directly handle moderation anymore, this will be the adjuncts jobs. If there is a tie and the team cannot reach a decision, I decide the course of action. I'm hoping, however, that through discussion and talking to each other, they will be able to reach a 3/4ths consensus. We really believe a group panel is better than one admin making the decisions.

Also, you should now direct any concerns to one of the adjuncts, who will take it to the others and they will discuss it. Only bring it to me if you feel that you are being ignored. Do not take your problems to Gaku.

I'd also like to take this opportunity to remind you that I am not the bug report forum. We have one of those for a reason. Please stop making it a reflex to tell me when you have discovered a bug. Please don't do this to Gaku, either. Its alright if you want to ask me if its a real bug or not, but don't bring it to me and expect me to fix it. Don't take it directly to Gaku, either. It is much easier for him to read it on the forum.

In case no one has figured it out by now, the adjunct admins have their own forums and they do discuss things. We've already been applying this system for a few days, but it wasn't readily apparent. For example, the modification to the ToS was decided without my vote.

I forgot to add that Guides, Renamers, and Icon Checkers will now be chosen by a 4/4 vote of the adjunct admins, and removed by a 3/4 vote. If you want to be one of these, ask an adjunct so the four of them can discuss it.
